2.2 Each individual person may register and maintain only one (1) active cuci22 account at any time. 2.3 You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your cuci22 account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was authorised by you.
2.4 cuci22 may, at any time and in its sole discretion, require Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. This may include submission of a government-issued identity document (such as a Malaysian MyKad or passport), proof of residential address, and proof of payment method ownership. Failure to complete KYC verification within the stipulated timeframe may result in restrictions on deposits, withdrawals, or gameplay.
2.5 Account registration on cuci22 is prohibited for individuals who: (a) are under 21 years of age; (b) are residents of jurisdictions in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law; (c) have been self-excluded from any gambling platform; or (d) are acting on behalf of another person.
3.1 cuci22 strictly prohibits the registration or use of its services by individuals under 21 years of age. This restriction applies without exception regardless of jurisdiction, platform access method, or parental consent.

3.3 Any account found to have been registered by, or to be actively used by, a person under the age of 21 will be immediately suspended. Any funds in the account at the time of suspension, including winnings, will be forfeited and the relevant regulatory authorities will be notified where required.

4.1 All cuci22 account balances are held and transacted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). cuci22 does not charge currency conversion fees as all accounts are natively denominated in MYR.
4.2 Accepted deposit and withdrawal methods include, but may not be limited to: Touch n Go eWallet, Boost, Maybank FPX, CIMB FPX, Public Bank FPX, Visa, Mastercard, and USDT. Available payment methods may vary from time to time and cuci22 reserves the right to add or remove payment options without prior notice.
4.3 The minimum deposit amount is RM 10.00 unless otherwise specified for a particular payment method or promotion. cuci22 does not impose a platform fee on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own fees.
4.4 Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to operational and verification requirements. cuci22 aims to process approved withdrawals within 5–15 minutes during normal operating conditions, though processing times may be extended for accounts pending KYC verification or during periods of high transaction volume.
4.5 cuci22 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification, investigation of suspected fraudulent activity, or compliance with applicable anti-money laundering procedures.
4.6 Players may only withdraw funds that represent their own money and legitimately won amounts. cuci22 reserves the right to reverse any withdrawal if it subsequently determines that the funds in question were derived from fraudulent or unauthorised activity.
5.1 cuci22 may from time to time offer bonuses, promotions, and other incentives to Players. All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum odds requirements, which will be set out in the relevant promotional documentation.
5.2 Bonuses are awarded in Malaysian Ringgit and are credited to the Player's cuci22 account upon fulfilment of the applicable eligibility conditions. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements and cannot be withdrawn until those requirements have been satisfied.
5.3 cuci22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus, void any winnings derived from a bonus, and suspend or close an account if it has reasonable grounds to believe that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinating with other Players to exploit promotional structures, or placing low-risk hedging bets to meet wagering requirements.
5.4 Welcome bonuses are available to new Players only and may be claimed once per individual, per household address, and per payment method. cuci22 determines the eligibility for all promotions at its sole discretion.
6.1 All games offered on cuci22 are governed by their respective game rules, which are available within the game interface. In the event of any discrepancy between the game display and the server-side result, the server-side result shall be considered the authoritative outcome.
6.2 All bets placed are final once confirmed. cuci22 does not permit the cancellation or amendment of confirmed bets except where explicitly provided for in the applicable game rules (for example, in certain live sports betting scenarios where a market is suspended before event completion).
6.3 In the event of a software error, malfunction, or communication failure that affects a game outcome, cuci22 reserves the right to declare the affected game round void and to return wagers to the relevant Players' accounts. cuci22 shall have no obligation to honour wins that are the result of a software error or malfunction.
6.4 cuci22's sports betting markets may be suspended at any time, including after a bet has been placed but before the event has commenced. In such cases, cuci22 will communicate the applicable treatment of affected bets.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the cuci22 platform and will result in account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and where applicable, reporting to relevant authorities:
8.1 cuci22 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Player account at its discretion, including but not limited to circumstances involving: suspected breach of these Terms; suspicious or potentially fraudulent activity; non-completion of KYC verification; or receipt of a valid legal order requiring account action.
8.2 In the event that an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these Terms, cuci22 reserves the right to forfeit the account balance including any pending withdrawals. Where an account is closed for reasons not attributable to the Player's misconduct, any available balance will be returned to the Player via their most recent payment method following completion of applicable verification.
8.3 Players may request closure of their own cuci22 account at any time by contacting our support team. Voluntary account closure will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, with any remaining balance returned to the Player subject to standard verification requirements.
9.1 cuci22 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and takes its obligations to Player welfare seriously. The platform provides a range of responsible gaming tools accessible directly within every Player account, including deposit limits (daily, weekly, and monthly), session time reminders, cooling-off periods, and self-exclusion options.
9.2 Players who wish to take a break from gambling may activate a cooling-off period of between 1 and 30 days, during which they will be unable to deposit or place wagers. 10.2 Players are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the cuci22 platform solely for their own personal entertainment purposes. 11.1 To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, cuci22 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or relating to your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of opportunity, even if cuci22 has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
11.2 cuci22's total aggregate liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms or the Player's use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
11.3 cuci22 does not warrant that the platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. Players access and use the platform at their own risk.
12.1 cuci22 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where amendments are material, cuci22 will provide at least seven (7) days' advance notice to registered Players via their registered email address or via a notice posted on the cuci22 website prior to the amendments taking effect.
12.2 Your continued use of the cuci22 platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must close your account before the amendment takes effect.
13.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming authority regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which cuci22 holds its operating licence.
13.2 In the event of any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or your use of the cuci22 platform, you should first contact cuci22's customer support team to seek informal resolution. cuci22 commits to responding to all formal complaints within five (5) business days.
